Putting others down to make yourself feel better is like smoking a pack of cigarettes hoping it will cure your cancer...
The next time you feel the need to rail on someone else, examine what the root cause of this "railing," is.
Remember it takes twice as much energy to be negative as it does to be positive

A new idea...
Hello my muppets, puppets & loves-
After being involved in the fitness industry for more than a year, I decided it was time to share my view.
Most fitness professionals focus solely on the exterior.
Recently, I chose a different path. I began asking myself as well as my clients/friends, what was going on internally.
How did they speak to themselves?
Was their language helpful or hurtful?
What I've found so far is that the clients who reduced their negative talk towards themselves, have begun to see greater results externally.
While, I've always acknowledged the mind & body connection, due to the study of Yoga for 13+yrs, it has been interesting to see it play out before me.
Thanks for reading and I will be adding more soon.
I hope to share my experience and information with others.
xoxo
